Valued Goals Drive Meaningful Action
2Morrow’s programs connect values, goals, and actions for change that matters.
When it comes to health and well-being, people tell us that they know what to do, they just don’t know how to make themselves do it consistently.
2Morrow combines evidence-based behavioral science, cutting edge technology, engaging content, and human coaching to help people move toward their valued goals.
“By acting in alignment with the things that really matter, changing behaviors becomes part of who you want to be... not something you have to do.”
—Jo Masterson, co-founder at 2Morrow

HOW DOES IT WORK?
It all starts with Valued Goals. Participants define what matters to them and create goals that align with those values. Next is a guided exploration of new ways to deal with unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and urges that can keep you stuck in old patterns. Each program addresses a key concern or behavior, teaching transferable skills that build on each other as more programs are completed. Lastly, participants are asked to practice taking action toward their goals in the real world. The result is meaningful action that moves individuals and organizations toward the things that matter.
Each participant will have access to multiple self-paced behavioral programs delivered via one easy-to-use app. Along the way, they will access on-demand content, receive motivational support, and track progress. Throughout the journey, participants are supported by a coach they can connect with on their terms.
*For those enrolled in the tobacco program, nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) is offered and shipped directly to participants who qualify. The medication helps with physical withdrawal symptoms while participants practice the behavioral skills that lead to long-term success.

Helping employees quit is good for business and the employee! Tobacco use continues to be the largest preventable driver of death, disease, and health care spending. (cdc.gov) 2Morrow has created a robust cessation program that supports healthy living and delivers one of the best ROIs in wellness - helping people quit smoking. The average cost of tobacco use to employers is $5,800 per employee, per year (from health costs and lost productivity.) Source: Most employers have hidden tobacco users. The ROI of making it easy (and non-judgmental) to get help is clear. Quitting is hard but each quit attempt increases the odds of quitting for good!
EXAMPLES:
Number of employees: 1,000Number who smoke 14% (national average): 140
Average cost to employer per smoker per year: $5,800
Potential annual savings if no employees smoked: $812,000
Potential annual saving if just 10% of smokers quit: $81,200
Number of employees: 10,000
Number who smoke 14% (national average): 1,400
Average cost to employer per smoker per year: $5,800
Potential annual savings if no employees smoked: $8,120,000
Potential annual saving if just 10% of smokers quit: $812,000
Value to Employers
Helping employees quit is good for the business and the employee! Each person that quits could save employers up to $5,800 per year - every year. This calculation looked at people who smoke only. Tobacco use rates are about 20%.
Value to People who Smoke
Smoking costs individuals $2,000 - $4,000 per year in out-of-pocket costs and $40,000-$80,000 a year in total costs (source.)That can add up to millions of lost opportunities over a lifetime. Even worse, people who smoke die about ten years younger than people who don’t. Quitting smoking is life-changing.
Quitting Tobacco is Hard
People often feel judgment or shame about tobacco use. You can help your employees quit smoking by providing a supportive and smoke-free environment, encouraging quit attempts (every try counts), and providing free access to quality behavioral programs, coaching, and FDA cleared medications like NRT.
2Morrow is passionate about helping people quit tobacco, and we are here to help.
